SHIPPING POLICY
The preset shipping price for international are actual prices to the United States for a service that takes 3-8 business days. Customers from other area please send us a message so that we could add the postage in the product listing of your choice. Customers who want faster shipment could also message us. We only ship by registered mail to safeguard both of our interest.
RETURN POLICY
As all of our products are custom made, we accept no returns under any circumstances. As per the procedure of every transaction (please see FAQ), we will send you photographs of the ready items for your reivew. It will be the time you double check the clothe's measurement against your body measurements and also request any amendments or adjustments. Once the items get shipped it will be very troublesome and resources consuming to return back-and-forth. As a result please do you best to communicate your needs at the time when you place an order and carefully double check when we send you the photographs before shipment.
